Lowenoak Landscape Development charges a Retainage fee for its design/consultation services. This Fee is on an ascending scale.
Projected Budget $7,500.00 or less Retainage Amount $75.00
Projected Budget $8,000.00 - $12,000.00 Retainage Amount $200.00
Projected Budgets over $12,000.00 Retainage Amount $300.00
The Retainage Fee is to be paid upon initial consultation of the proposed project or prior to
commencement of Design work. Our Design fee is 3% of the Project cost as priced by Lowenoak
with the Remainder of the 3%, Less Retainage Previously Paid, Due Upon Presentation of the Project
Design.50% of all paid fees are applied to future work contracted with Lowenoak Landscape
Development, provided Contract Price meets or exceeds 50% of the total cost of work designed.
